Being baptised or confirmed as an adult is big step to take. It is not just a public declaration of your trust in Jesus, but an opportunity to reflect on what God has done for us in Jesus.
We love to raise our children as Christians who follow Jesus. Infant baptism is an opportunity to make promises on behalf of your child and to pray that they would, in time, commit themselves to following Jesus.
These forms are only to be completed if you have been asked to do so by a member of the ministry staff. They are used for making the final arrangements of a baptism.
