A few weeks back I spoke at my aunt's funeral. She was a Christian woman who had a solid faith in her Lord and Saviour. As sad as it was, the message of the resurrection and the forgiveness of sins brings such great hope for the future.

This is the message we have to share as a church and shapes our lives! As we approach Easter be thinking of who you can invite to hear about Jesus and the hope he brings.

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade.” (1 Peter 1:3–4)

Easter is only a few weeks away and so our Easter celebration is almost upon us. It's the time when we will invite friend/family/community to come to church and celebrate with us. 

To make our 'Resurrection Celebration' a success we need as many hands on deck as possible. We also need help at the Working Bee on April 2 so everything is tidy and ready.

Serving doesn't end at Easter! There are lots of opportunities to join a serving team so our whole church can be working together to see more and more people transformed by grace. I hope as many people as possible can get involved so we have created a method for indicating how you would like to help.
